General Cleaning

Our regular cleanings generally include the following:
Dusting, vacuuming, kitchen wipe down (cabinet faces, counters, sink, exterior of appliances), disinfecting of bathrooms, washing of washable floors, rotation of rooms with safely reachable light fixtures, cob webs, general baseboards, etc.
Rates start at $140.00 plus HST for weekly/biweekly cleaning and will vary based on size of home, specific needs and location. Flat rates only.

Move in/Move Out Cleaning

On occasion, many of us have to move. Reduce some of the stress by having the house/apartment/space cleaned once everything is moved out and before the new owners/renters take over.
Rates start at $180.00 and are based on 3 hours, additional hours would be booked at an hourly rate. All supplies are included, reducing the amount of things you need to think about! These cleanings need to be booked in advance and the minimum pre paid.

Gift Certificates/One time cleaning

These cleanings are similar to the Move In/Move Out Cleanings for rates. Must be pre booked, can be valid for a gift certificate, treat for yourself, a new mom or mom to be, or a gift for someone in your life that is busy or needs a break from everyday tasks.

Vacuum, Products, Mops

With majority of our clients, we will bring our own vacuum. Over the years, Dyson has become my brand of choice for the in depth aspect. Generally, our clients supply the products for their home. We will give a suggested list of these products, however, this can be modified and vary for each space as some clients have specific surfaces that need special products, scent sensitivity, natural cleaners vs something stronger, etc. Trust me, not all floors are created equal when it comes to streak free washing! Where experience comes in, I can make suggestions, recommendations and work to find the best products for your home.

Cancellation:

Within 7 days of your scheduled cleaning day, a 100% charge will apply, as that is your designated time slot/appointment. If another possible time slot is open that week, the work can be made up.

For termination, 2 cleaning weeks notice is required. If it is due to any concerns with the work, I will personally be sure to supervise/do the cleaning to complete those last two weeks.

For our vacation, statutory holidays, appointments, etc, we will give as much notice for a possible day/time change as possible.

If you require a day change due to an entertaining event in your home, please let us know as we may be able to accommodate your change for that week.

For Homes with Animals:

If animals have violent tendencies, or could cause harm, it is required that they be secured before our arrival.

 We love pets! Knowing their names and if we can let them out for a pee (dogs in particular) or give them a treat while we are there, helps us to connect with them.

Other

The Cleaning Gals are not responsible for damages due to unsecured objects, things improperly hung and/or lack of information regarding particular care/products on wood, stone, counters, floors etc. We try to use gentle products and take care when cleaning your home/office.

We ask that you provide as many natural/green cleaning products as possible for our safety and your own.

If you have a concern regarding specific surfaces that you want cleaned with specific products, please advise us so the best care can be taken while cleaning your home.
